Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and daily management of the company’s office network: - Office LAN / VPN / remote access - Network segmentation (access boundaries between office, test, and production networks) Maintain network devices and access policies: - Routers, firewalls, VPN gateways - Management of IP addresses, whitelists, and access policies Troubleshoot and resolve office network–related issues: - Connection anomalies, restricted access, stability issues Centralized management of company office devices (Mac / Windows): - Device initialization, configuration, delivery, and reclamation - OS versions, patches, and security settings Establish and enforce endpoint security standards: - Disk encryption, password policies, screen locks - Prevention of sensitive data leakage - Auditable permissions and operation logs - Implementation of security requirements, including device privilege levels and remote work access control policies Participate in internal account and access management: - Email, instant messaging, collaboration tools - Full account lifecycle management: creation at onboarding, modifications during employment, deactivation at offboarding Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support or IT operations support - Familiarity with enterprise office network and endpoint environment management - Proficiency in at least two operating systems: macOS, Windows, Linux - Experience with common IT and operations technologies (SSH, VPN, Remote Desktop, etc.) - Solid understanding of networking principles (IP, ports, firewalls, etc.) - Experience with cloud environments (cloud servers, VPCs, access control, etc.) - Ability to independently handle network access issues, permission and account issues, and office device/system anomalies - Strong security awareness and risk management mindset
