- 使用Go语言设计并开发高性能、低延迟的量化交易管理平台
- 构建跨多个证券市场的交易接口和数据处理系统
- 开发实时风险控制模块，确保交易安全和合规
- 设计和实现交易策略的部署、监控和评估系统
- 优化系统性能，确保在高频交易环境下的稳定性和可靠性
- 与量化策略团队紧密合作，实现平台与交易策略的无缝集成
- 计算机科学或相关领域学士及以上学位
- 3年以上Go语言开发经验，对Go语言特性和最佳实践有深入理解
- 具有构建高性能、分布式系统的实际经验
- 熟悉SQL和NoSQL数据库系统，具有数据建模经验
- 了解金融市场和交易系统的基本概念
- 具有网络编程、并发控制和实时数据处理经验
- 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术
- 具备良好的问题解决能力、团队协作精神和沟通技巧

- 金融科技或量化交易平台开发经验
- 微服务架构设计和实现经验
- 对高频交易系统的性能优化经验
