Job Description
岗位职责：
！、负责移动端游戏领域用户增长，灵活运用各种推广渠道及方式，制定用户增长策略；
2、深刻理解和挖掘用户需求，结合产品卖点，根据定向人群，通过策划事件、活动，引发用户传播与分享；
3、洞见用户增长机会点，快速策划拉新裂变活动并推进落地，达成既定目标；
4、通过数据分析、复盘渠道和方案的效果及收益，并快速应用于线上，进行结果验证；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，具备3年以上用户运营工作经验，有用户增长成功案例优先；
2、对数据敏感，能够洞悉数据背后的问题和机会，落地解决方案，并快速迭代；
3、有极强的责任心和主动性，善于学习，抗压能力强
