岗位职责
1. 负责 AI 短剧项目整体导演工作，包括剧本理解、剧情拆解、分镜设计、镜头调度及成片质量把控。
2. 根据剧情设计景别、构图、运镜、人物表演及镜头衔接，强化人物情绪、剧情冲突及关键爆点。
3. 将剧本转化为可执行的 AI 视频制作方案，明确镜头画面、人物动作、情绪及生成要求。
4. 指导 AI 生成师使用 Seedance、可灵、ComfyUI 等工具完成镜头制作，并针对生成结果提出明确修改意见。
5. 把控短剧整体节奏、人物一致性、画面连续性及剧情表达，与编剧、生成师、剪辑协作完成最终成片。
6. 持续关注 AI 视频新技术及短剧市场趋势，不断优化制作流程和成片效果。
任职要求
1. 具备较强的导演思维、剧情理解能力及镜头语言能力，有短剧、影视、广告、动画、漫剧等相关导演经验。
2. 熟悉短剧的剧情节奏、人物关系、情绪递进、冲突爆点及反转设计。
3. 具备 AI 视频制作经验，熟悉 Seedance、可灵等主流 AI 视频工具，对 ComfyUI 工作流及 AI 视频生成逻辑有一定了解。
4. 有半年以上 AI 短剧导演或相关项目经验，能够独立完成从剧本到成片的导演工作。
5. 需提供个人作品或参与项目案例。
