- 监督人才来源和人才来源学院的品牌形象，确保日常运营顺利进行。
- 管理和更新网站内容，以保持新鲜和相关性。
- 进行潜在客户的外联并培养销售线索。
- 处理客户来电，了解需求并提供解决方案。
- 规划、创建并发布在Facebook、Instagram、TikTok和LinkedIn等社交媒体上的吸引人内容。
- 确保所有渠道的一致品牌形象和信息传递。
