Job Description
岗位职责：（base海外）
- BI报表开发与优化
- 负责BI工具的报表开发、优化，满足业务需求。
- 搭建数据可视化仪表盘，优化数据展示效果，提高数据查询效率。
- 数据分析与支持
- 负责用户行为分析、活动效果评估、市场趋势监测，支持业务决策。
- 数据治理与质量管理
- 规范数据指标口径，优化数据存储结构，确保数据一致性、准确性。
- 监控数据质量，建立异常检测机制，提升数据可靠性。
- 高性能 SQL 开发
- 深度参与 SQL 数据处理逻辑编写，负责复杂查询的性能调优，在保障数据准确性的前提下，最大化查询与存储效率。
任职要求：
- 2年以上数据分析/BI开发经验，熟练MySQL，掌握BI工具（Datawind优先）。
- 有Web3行业经验者优先。
- 具备良好的业务理解能力，能支持运营、市场等团队的数据需求。
- 具备数据治理意识，关注数据标准化和质量监控。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能与业务、技术团队高效协作。
