As a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare at Sagility Philippines, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality support to customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills


What we're looking for

  • Associate Grad, SHS Grad or College level -2 yrs with at least 6 months bpo exp or
  • College Graduate no experience needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanour when interacting with customers
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
