We are an incubation company specializing in Web3 projects, dedicated to identifying and promoting high-potential blockchain initiatives to the global market. Due to business expansion, we are recruiting CEOs/CMOs/CTOs with outstanding backgrounds in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany to join our core project teams and provide strong endorsement support.

Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility for strategic planning, team formation, and business execution of incubated projects, ensuring technological and market leadership;

2. Represent the project in external communications, establishing deep partnerships with global investors, collaborators, and industry organizations;

3. Lead project financing, ecosystem development, and market expansion to enhance the project’s industry influence and credibility;

4. Develop long-term growth strategies based on Web3 industry trends and drive their implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher from a top-200 global university, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields;

2. Over five years of executive experience in the technology or finance sector; candidates with backgrounds at leading companies (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon) are preferred;

3. Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and related domains, with extensive industry resources and networks;

4. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills, with proven ability to manage global teams;

5. Strong business development capabilities, able to rapidly expand markets and establish partnerships.

Compensation:

Annual salary of USD 100,000+ (comprising base salary, project allocation, and performance equity); specific terms to be discussed.
