职位概述
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的特殊资产业务BD经理/总监，专注于区块链行业的特殊资产业务。该岗位要求候选人具备政府机构及相关司法事务经验，能够快速识别并转化业务机会，建立并维护与政府相关部门的紧密合作关系，推动业务持续增长。
岗位职责
拓展并维护渠道资源，确保项目资源稳定供应，深入挖掘潜在项目机会，通过市场调研和行业分析筛选高潜力项目；
推动业务项目的谈判、合同签署及实施，确保项目顺利交付且符合合规要求；
定期跟踪及分析市场动态，参与制定并推动公司在特殊资产领域的销售策略与业务目标。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，具备政府关系或司法相关背景，至少1年区块链或相关行业经验，熟悉Web3生态优先；
拥有出色的业务拓展与资源整合能力，能够与内外部行业资源保持良好互动，积极推动业务发展；
具备资产评估与潜在风险分析能力，对特殊资产委托相关操作流程有一定理解。
