Job Description

Business Development:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners, including exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, metaverse projects, etc.

• Drive the integration of Web2 enterprises with Web3 technologies, develop mass adoption initiatives, and lower the barriers for users to enter Web3.

Collaboration Program Design & Execution:

• Develop tailored BD plans based on market demands, drive partnership implementation, and improve commercial conversion rates.

• Lead partnership agreement negotiations to ensure company interests and business objectives are met.

• Ensure BD requirements are effectively transformed into executable products or services.

Market Analysis & Strategy Optimization:

• Monitor the latest developments in blockchain, RWA, DeFi, NFT, and other sectors, analyze competitors, and optimize BD strategies.

• Assist in adapting company products for a broader user base.

• Track internal BD metrics, periodically review partnership outcomes, and adjust strategies to enhance business growth efficiency.

1. Blockchain Industry Experience & Background:

• Over 2 years of BD experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or related industries; experience in RWA, DeFi, NFT, or GameFi BD is a plus.

• Familiar with the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics, smart contracts, compliance requirements, and other fundamental concepts.

• Possess strong industry connections with the ability to rapidly establish partnership networks.

2. Business Development Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource integration skills to efficiently secure partnerships.

• Ability to independently develop markets and drive projects from 0 to 1.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in successful Web3 BD projects with implemented case studies.

• Base salary: 800 U ~ 2000 U (additional performance-based commission).
