1. Responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company’s trading system matching engine, ensuring stable and efficient operation under high concurrency and heavy load. 2. Gain a thorough understanding of trading business and market rules; design and implement matching algorithms and strategies in compliance with trading regulations. 3. Handle high-concurrency requests in the trading system, ensuring that order matching speed and system response times meet business requirements. 4. Conduct performance tuning and architectural optimization for core modules of the trading matching system (such as order matching, matching algorithms, order book management, etc.). 5. Design and implement high-performance, low-latency matching algorithms based on market demand and business changes, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and efficiency in trade matching. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, or a related field. 2. More than 5 years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years in matching system development for financial trading systems (e.g., securities, futures, forex). 3. Experience in designing and developing high-concurrency, low-latency systems; familiar with financial trading business processes and core technologies. 4. Proficient in distributed system design; skilled with message queues, databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), and caching technologies; capable of designing and optimizing large-scale trading systems. 5. Familiar with high-performance computing, memory management, and concurrent programming; able to design low-latency matching engines and algorithms. Familiarity with financial markets, securities trading, futures, forex, and other financial instruments and trading mechanisms; able to design and implement efficient matching algorithms according to market rules.
