- Handle petty cash, expense reporting, and basic financial documentation.
- Coordinate communication between branch staff and head office admin/HR departments.
- Organize branch meetings, schedules, and administrative calendars.
- Assist customers with administrative-related inquiries when required.
- Ensure adherence to company administrative guidelines and policies.
